Question Weather in March?

Our family will be moving soon to Oregon. We are very excited about transplanting to a beautiful state. We will be coming this March. What is the weather like during this month? Does it start to warm up a bit, or rain more then normal? Here in IN, during March we still will get snow storms, but then have 60 degree weather a week later. Thanks for the info!

Portland, In mid to late March I remember. It is usually pleasant and the colder temps are few if not gone. Snow would be a freak event. It still rains yes , but the mild temps are a welcome change. you will get some bits of welcome sun in March. A home with a southern view is a blessing in March. Just a note on rain, July and August are the "dry" months no or very little rain.
