Default Korean community near Portland?

My korean mother wants to relocate from the east coast to Oregon, preferably in the suburbs of Portland. She wants/needs to be involved with a korean community. Where is the largest korean community? Where would be an ideal place for someone in her situation to move to?

A Korean girl I used to work with moved to Lake Oswego about 15 years ago. I visited her once right after ahe moved there, but have since lost touch. Her father and brother also moved there and I think they went to a Korean church in the area. Maybe you should do a search on churches or community groups and see what you can find.

I would recommend either Beaverton, or Lake Oswego. There are a ton of Korean churches and grocers in both of these 'burbs. There are lots of Korean families in my neighborhood. Lots of asians in general actually. We are very open here.
