Suggestions needed: Sell or rent?
We relocated out of Portland last year and put our house on lease. The lease expires in April of this year and we are debating if we should sell the house or continue leasing it.
Our house is in the Beaverton school district in Bethany. We were able to rent it within a week last year.
How does the rental outlook look today in that Portland and specially in that part of the town? Are rents rising or falling?
FYI, I am talking about a 2800 sqft house with a current rent of $2000+.
Any suggestions?
