questions about cats/job market in Portland
Hi there,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with renting or find an apartment that is "cat friendly" I have two indoor/outdoor cats so I need a place with a garden. I have looked at craigslist but I am wondering if anyone knows of any apartments with courtyards? (So they cannot get onto the street). Another question of course is the job market. Since I am still living in Europe I don't know the quickest way to find a job when I get back to the States.......... Any help would be great! Thank you... I lived temporarily in NW on Irving St. for about 6 months, in a very cute little apartment on the top floor. I had a cat and there was a courtyard in back where she would walk down the stairs and out to the yard. On nice days the door was just kept open. The landlord also allowed me to put a 2x4 from the window to a nearby tree so she could get down as well, but she never used it. I don't remember the address, but was I think was between 21st and 23rd St. on Irving, and a light gray building. This was several years ago though. I paid $400/month I think. But was maybe $250 pet deposit.
