Folks,
My wife and I are new to the area and are looking for a movie theater that has reserved seating and may also have the cool recliner type seating. I have combed Google but nothing stands out.
Any thoughts?

Cinetopia is a great venue. Does not typically have reserved seating but has amazing recliners and setting. I love the movie parlors there. A lot of Cinemarks will have reserved seating of a few rows during new movie showings usually the first weekend or two depending on the popularity of the film. Other than that there is really no other places here that do the reserved seating.

Cinetopia doesn't have reserved seating but does have 21+ theaters with wait service. Downtown, there's the Living Room Theaters. I don't recall if they have reserved seating but some of their theaters are tiny.

There are plenty of theaters that offer food and beer.

Cinetopia recently started offering reserved seating, at least at the Beaverton location for some theaters. The last couple of times we've been there we had to select seat numbers when buying the tickets at the ticket counter. I don't know how it works if you buy the tickets online.

They have sofa style seating at the McMenamins Kennedy Center although one can't reserve seating in advance as far as I understood.

Ohhhh I wasn't aware of this! It's been a while since I've been to Cinetopia. I love the Movie Parlor at that location. I'll have to take a look.

Regal Hilltop Cinemas just recently added recliner seating along with reserved seating, might be a little far out of your way though.
