The minnimum wage is (I believe) 7.15/hr. Yes the cost of living is higher then other areas, but it is a great city.... a good balance between culrture and size (lots of culturer not to large)

Cost of living could be considered "high". But is is nowhere near some other cities as far as the cost of rent.
