Default Is it possible?

I'm curious if anyone could tell me if it is possible to find a 4-5 bedroom, 2.5+ bath, new home in a safe Portland suburb in the $280-$380K range? I've found some listed online, however I don't know what areas are "good areas". I'm self employed, so commute time isn't a factor. However I would like to have 15 minute access to things like restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I've seen a few 4 bedrooms listed from about 330K -400K in SW Portland and near Hwy 26 and Cornell. These would be safe areas. They CAN be found, but it's tough! Adding 50K to the price range would open up quite a few more options.

I'd think the Oregon City, Canby, Molalla area would easily fit that brief. Though it might be further out than you're wanting. But then, if you're looking for new construction, with that large a house, you'll probably be out that distance anyway. In town, the cost would be prohibitive.

Default Home in Tualatin

Hello, this is my first time posting so I hope I'm doing this correctly...

Are you looking for a brand new home or willing to buy a used or remodeled home? My wife and I are thinking of selling our 5bd, 3bth house and are thinking in the $375K range. We live in Tualatin in a great neighborhood and the home has been remodeled, and is in nice shape.

If you are interested in seeing pictures or asking any questions please feel free to email me at christopherag28@yahoo.com.

Thanks,

Chris
