Hi all, i just moved to south east portland, in happy valley to be exact, and i want to kno some great local rivers/lakes to visit, not the ones i can find online, the best places are found by experience... any hlep would be greatfuly appriciated!!!

I think most of the ones that exist are online... or you might opt for hiking books or maps you can buy. Sounds like you're new to Oregon? OPB has a show called "Northwest Field Guide" that you can probably look up in their archives that deal with more out of the way places if you have gone to the close by ones.
I'm not sure about your question... why wouldn't you want to go somewhere that was online? There are so many to choose from.... Best wishes.. |
