Default Best tattoo place in Portland?

Opinions, please. I got my first tattoo at Slave to the Needle in Seattle, and was very pleased with the whole experience: politeness, cleanliness, professionalism, and the quality of the tattoo itself.
I might be moving to Vancouver in the near future, and I figure that a GPNW hipster town like Portland must surely have tattoo places. I'm not looking to get something large or complicated, so that's not a factor, but please share your experiences, good or bad, of getting inked in the Portland area. Thanks.

I can't say about any Portland tat shops, but Industrial Tattoo in downtown Vancouver is a good one. Very clean and they do great work.

Default Hopeless ink

I have an immense amount of artwork from that shop. They are all so incredible and friendly, and you start to have a sort of friendship with all of them. They are incredibly sanitary, and the shop looks very neat and nice.

Star Tattoo on McLoughlin Blvd.

Artist = Dragon , excellent work

Also the coolest tattoo shop I have ever seen ! , and I have seen alot.

Nick Jones ( Industrial Ink ) also excellent work , but a unfortunately he is real flake .

I have 3 tats from Nick and about 35hrs. of ink time w/ Dragon.

Dragon would be my first choice , plus you can spend hours in there just looking at stuff ( the largest public tattoo museum/collection on the west coast !)
