Thank you for all of your responses.
I ended up going to the Crown Point / Vista House on Friday morning.
There were very few people there, and most of them were wearing masks.

I've literally only gone out for jogs in neighborhood or grocery runs since the pandemic started, so this was a nice break.
May try to hit a beach or one of the above suggested places on another weekday morning.

Someone had suggested a drive out to Mt Hood via WA-14 & OR-30, and then back via 26 https://www.city-data.com/forum/port...-what-see.html

That looks like a nice drive, but will probably take an entire day.

Quick reminder to everyone that no place is going to be safe this long weekend, unless you go between 6:00 & 9:00am, when there's very few people out.

Always assume that covid19 is a risk. Wear a mask, practice social distancing when out in the public.

Just a reminder to pick up after yourselves. The trash being left behind is a disgrace.

It's nice to drive eastbound in early AM on SR 14 to Maryhill, return on I-84 for afternoon sun to be on WA side for better pics. Great stops along the way - (SR 14) Cape Horn, Beacon Rock, Skamania Lodge, Walking Man / brew pubs, Klickitat Canyon, (I-84) The Dalles, Oregon Trail / L&C Visitor's center, Mosier, HR, Cascade Locks, Bonneville Dam, Scenic Highway (if open), Vista house, Women's overlook, Corbett, Troutdale / Edgefields.

Ralley (ACNW) / wine tasting this weekend (?) https://www.motorsportreg.com/events...rthwest-179271
Maryhill Museum does not open to the public until 18 Sept.
