just moved to Newberg and got everything turned on now except phone service. Only ones I know of at this time and chose not to go with are Comcast and Verizon. Could someone advice me of the other options?
Thanks

Globalinx is a Voice over Internet Protocal company in which you are billed on flat rate of $24.95 per month plus taxes. It has all of the features just like the other companies and you can call London, Canada, Puerto Rico and other countried for free.

Are you talking hardline, VIP or cell service? If you go to a company that has multiple carries, you can find out which company has the best service for you rneighborhood. Sky cellular, I think?, in Mac did that for us when we relocated.

Sure you need a land line?

Cell service is quite good here. Although, I'm not quite certain about Newberg.

We have Verizon at home.

Went with the Phone-Cable TV-Internet Fios Package.

Everything works like clockwork. And it's handy watching 1 megabyte of image transfer in about 2 seconds, and we don't even have the fastest speed.

I like the message system too, so we don't need an answering machine at the home.

thanks, I'll visit the web site and price them. When we first arrived and didn't know what was what; we went with Comcast for internet only and Direct Tv for TV. Guess I was expecting a regular phone company for landline. Not sure now that I can get a bundled package with Verizon since we have a contract with Direct Tv.
