Credit for Portland Apartments
I'm just curious if anyone knows what kind of credit most apartment complexes are looking for in the Portland area.

No idea, but none of the apt complexes I've lived at have ever made me pay a last months rent. Usually just first month's rent either pro-rated or full amount depending on what day of the month your lease becomes active, and maybe an application or move-in fee. I think they held $25 as a deposit at my last apt complex. My Experian score was 761 last I checked though, so I have excellent credit.
