Default Houseboats for rent?
Is this true, if so where can I find information? I've read posts on city-data that state there are houseboats for rent on columbia and williamette rivers but they never include info...

Are you thinking vacation houseboats, or ones to live in. We have the second, but not the first. There're not as many houseboats as there are apartments, so renting one would be harder to come by. I'd say check Craig's List for rentals. There's a couple listed currently.

Agreed, try craigslist for house boats. I never search for them but find them accidentally with some keywords for other properties so I knwo there are several available easily at any moment.
