Default Green jobs in Oregon

What's the lowdown out there with green ? I have read there are windmills on the coast but have seen little job postings. Maybe this is bunk regarding the "NEW DEAL" in green jobs. I saw on t.v. the REAL jobs are in Pa. in an old U.S. Steel deserted warehouse, and there are not many jobs. Go online for yourself, and you will see "pie in the sky " listings like administrator, designer, engineer. For you young people too young to remember, President Reagan held up the Wash. Sunday Paper and told the black people, " there are 14 pages of jobs". Sort of like Bush in S.D. when N.O. was getting flooded out ! Every man for himself I heard on CNN. How many jet salespeople are needed ? Any feedback on Green jobs out there ? I would like a position that I can be proud of !
