As a person who is allergic to many (if not most, if not all) cats, I'm well aware of how many cats there are in this town! Almost everyone here seems to have cats or a dog.

Lots of "cat ladies" in this town. The wife and I often joke, "I wonder how many cats SHE has."

Yes, I suppose we are snobs. But it's an activity we can do together, so it's also family-building!

They're kind of an inside joke in this town...people posting their cat pictures on Craigslist with stupid captions and whatnot. For the easily amused I guess.

Yikes! Having lived a at least a little while in 4 of the 10 most cat friendly cities, I would hate to see what insn't cat friendly! Something they didn't base their research on and should have is the number cat friendly rentals available!
