Dog Daycare
I own a dog daycare, and I was hoping to move it up to Portland. Portland is very dog friendly and has many daycares open already. Are there too many for someone to break into the market?

There are a few, but they seem clustered in certain areas. Were I you, I'd get a map of the metro area and get some push pins to represent the places they already are. Look at the places that are left - is it a high density area? A lot of residences? It might also work if it was an industrial or commercial area, as people would be working there and would like to drop the dog off.

Yeah, I did that. They seemed to have covered all the good spots, but I was wondering if there were enough clients for it not to make a difference if you're brand new and very near your competition or not.
