Lightbulb Boating,water front bars,dinning etc.

Hi-
I am curious about the boating scene in Portland. Are their many water front bars, restuarants, shopping or other activities accessable by water? I am originally from Md. with endless establishments on the bay.

-Cheers

If you go on out to Scappoose, you will find "Mark's on the Channel" where you can pull up your boat or approach from the restraunt and eat great food on a floating pier.

Yes, from Riverplace Marina you have access to Harborside, Tom MCall Park and downtown Portland.

However we have nothing to the extent of the Baltimore Inner Harbor.
