Just wondering if any other business owners on here have found it difficult to lease space in Portland?
We locate a property we are interested in, submit a Letter of Intent, and during the lease negotiations with the landlord, they don't seem to willing to work with us on the terms.
The response towards our business concept is great, and they state they are very interested in having us as tenants, but they act like they would rather have their building sit unoccupied as work with a potential tenant.
Anyone here have property they would like to lease?
