I think you'll need to be much more specific. Subdivision housing can be found all along the MAX Blue line and most bus lines.

All the MAX stops in Hillsboro after Orenco (going East) have large subdivisions nearby. I have seen people opening the main door to their hive (sorry) before the train has departed the station. I focus on the MAX line because IMO, if one needs to be near mass transit, they need to be near MAX. Busses are fine as supplementary transporation but some busses do not run after 6:30. Some are hourly after 6:30, Some run only hourly on weekends. Some do not run at all on weekends. MAX runs somewhat to the north in East Portland. A southeast location will mean you need a bus or bicycle to get up to the MAX line.

I don't know any by name I just ride MAX a lot. If you are not in a position to actually get off at the Orenco, Elmonica or Merlo Road (maybe that's Beaverton, still should be good for your purposes) MAX stops and look around I would simply put MAX and Hillsboro in the search line in Craigslist. Those little apartment magazines that you find in supermarkets are mostly condo developments. Look in Hillsboro. There'll be several. Call them up and ask them which MAX stop they are closest to. I can't think of any other way of doing it. HTH.

There are 2 problems searching for your requirements.
1. Using Max and Hillsboro as a search parameter will result in properties that are near the Max line, not necessary near a stop.
2. Neighborhoods are not defined enough or not at all to produce all the results.
Go to trimet.org and use the map and overlay a map of any property on it. Their map will also show the stops.
Or use my website Kevin Sucher is the Northwest Real Estate Guide for the greater Portland Oregon area and you can search by a defined map boundary. You can see the Max line and then click “show on map” and it will show the property where it is at on it.

Kevin:

Just to let you know, in some places in the Lower 48 US, Like Baltimore, MD, the county has taken over all police forces and school districts to save duplicate administration money. Therefore, sub-division = suburban community = 'burb village. I know that here in Oregon and so many other places, within a township, city, or whatever, a developer will create a housing tract development, and call the project a "sub-division" of like styled homes and same sized land plots.

I do not know if the OP intended his usage of the term sub-division meant your normal usage, or the more rare usage meaning 'burb community.

Since you are in the business, you may already know this alternate usage of the term. If so I apologize for posting what you already know.

I don't know of subdivision "names" but there's plenty of housing south of the transit "wall" at the Hillsboro Airport Max stop. These are more moderate homes, for the most part.

Plenty of condos at Orenco Station area. Same with Quatama.

12th Street Station is by a lot of multi-family units, mostly low-income. But there are single-family residences all around as well.

Personally, I prefer busses, myself, but as one poster noted, most of the ones in Hillsboro don't run frequently at all. I like to use both but often cannot connect to a bus from Max because of all the limits. So if you're planning on living in Hillsboro (or Beaverton, for that matter) and want to rely on mass-transit then the closer to Max you are, the better.

I know for sure now that Hillsboro is a place Id like to avoid lol. Any subdivision mastered communities are typically very boring.
