I'm not sure what the job market is like for nurses right now, sorry. What I do know is that St. Vincent's Hospital is at the top of Highway 217 at Barnes Road, about ten minutes from most of the housing in Beaverton. If you feel like a drive west, Tuality Hospital is in central Hillsboro.

St. Vincent's is definitely the bigger hospital and that's where my family always goes when we need it. I've never had a problem with them...they've always been great.

I've had no experience with Tuality so I can't say either way.

Kaiser Permanente has a good-sized medical office in Beaverton.

Also, you mention natural health clinics - there are numerous naturopathic physicians in the area, but I can't think of a specific clinic to send you to. The naturopathic school in Portland has a sizable clinic; it might be worthwhile to check with them - National College of Natural Medicine: A Naturopathic School and Classical Chinese Medicine School located in Portland, OR - NCNM Teaching Clinic

Providence is the "name brand" and St. Vincent's is the specific hospital, so Providence - St. Vincent's. It's just off of hwy 26 in the Cedar Hills area of Beaverton. There are other Providence locations in the metro area.

Kaiser Permanente is an HMO with several locations throughout the Portland area.

Tuality is the other 'name brand' with locations in Hillsboro, Forest Grove, and Aloha.

There is also a Legacy Meridian Hospital in Tualatin. It's a totally different direction; however, the distance would rely much on "where" you live in Beaverton. But I've never been there.

Both St. Vincent and Tuality are good hospitals. St. V's is a star center for cardiac.
