For questions about medications during pregnancy or breastfeeding, you can call the Infant Risk hotline, from Dr. Thomas Hale's group, the expert in these matters. I would bet that a woman on meds for ADD can still safely take her meds during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but Dr. Hale is the authority on that, so just call if you are worried about it.
