To someone who is strictly pro life it would be considered an aborficant, since it prevents (and thus kills) the healthy embryo from implanting. It depends on when you see life as beginning-- when sperm meets egg or when embryo implants. Most prolifers believe the former.

Also, if the morning after pill is taken a few days after-- which is sometimes the case-- it is possible that a very early implantation occurred and is being interrupted. The average for implantation is 7 days after conception but it can happen earlier, and implantation is a several day process.

2 weeks after her period? I had my last period on September 9th and a little over 2 weeks later I did get pregnant. My cycle was like clockwork.

The sperm can survive up to 72 hours in her body if I am not mistaken. So even if she ovulates a couple days after you had sexual relations, she can still get pregnant. She doesn't necessarily have to be ovulating when it happened.

Sorry for the late reply (no pun intended). She did not get pregnant. We are still dating though!
