My first was born six days before his due date. Don't worry. Your baby will come when she's fully cooked! It will be sometime in the next couple of weeks... they don't stay in there forever!

My first was 4 days after EDD. (Went into labor, but ultimately had c-section.)

2nd & 3rd were scheduled c-sections (approx 3 days before EDD) and they made it to those dates.

Only time will tell with my 4th. (I'm 26 weeks.)

I believe my sister went 8 weeks early, but she was also carrying twins.

First was born 2 days late.
Second was born 3 days late.
Third was born 8 days early.

They come when they're ready.

My first was born at 43 weeks - yes, 43 weeks. Perfectly healthy, though a bit "overcooked." She slept through the night at age 4 days, and did everything very early. I honestly think this was because she was supposed to be nearly a month older!

Second was born two weeks early. Did everything later than her sister, but was normal otherwise and still is.

Third was three weeks early and we had a lot of complications - he consequently has a learning disability that may have been caused by birth trauma, but is otherwise healthy and is now a happy adult.

Fourth was two days late and outweighed all of the others by at least a pound! He is an alpha male!

So...no rhyme or reason that I can see.

My first was a week late, my second was 3 days late. They come on their own time , some babies just need to cook longer.

Are they still allowing women to go to 43 weeks or do they induce you.

Due on Nov 24. Went in to labor at midnight that night. Baby was born at 12:46 Nov 26 (so roughly 24.5 hours over due).
