Anyone had this twice in a row?
I had bleeding the beginning of this month, it came with extremely light cramps that was barely there, but nothing else.
The second time was on the 10th. It didn't come with cramps but I started to notice my lower back hurting more often and I would go to the bathroom a lot.

Now this past week it seems that I can't get enough sleep OR water. I've been drinking a lot, and I've been napping a lot. Took the test and it came out negative. At this point, I'm not even sure WHEN I conceived!

This is really irritating to me. Back in 2008, I got pregnant with zero problems, it just happened. Didn't keep the baby though. Last year, I got pregnant and ended up miscarrying at around 3-4 weeks, that magic number where the miscarriage was painful as heck but I didn't need a doctor's visit. Then it was 6 months of normal periods, followed by 3 months of NO PERIOD. The 3 months of no periods were due to (what I later found out after Googling) hormonal imbalance.

Needless to say, husband and I overhauled our diet and I got my period back, have more energy, and I'm more active. I even developed a pallet for vegetables and seriously considered being vegetarian (didn't last that long).

But still we kept trying. My period is now 35 days late. I'm irregular with my periods, I usually get them between 28 to 32 days, 38 days if I'm stressed, and 42 days when I was REALLY REALLY stressed (only happened once so far). But here's the thing, I'm not stressed and I haven't gotten any cramps. 98% of the time I get cramps and feel bloated 1-2 weeks BEFORE a period and it would last 3 days, but I have not gotten them yet.

I don't want to get another pregnancy test, because if I have to see another Negative, I'll just about cry . It broke my heart that life didn't allow me to get pregnant before I was 24, and it made me feel like crap that my first pregnancy in a long time was at 26. If I get another Negative.... I don't think I'd be able to take it.

What does age have to do with it? Well I always wanted to be a 'young' mom. It irked me to think that I'd be in my 60s or getting there when my first child would be in their 30s. I wanted to be young enough so that my grandchildren would be able to forge memories with me BEFORE I end up getting dementia or something someday. Grandma was pregnant at 17, Mom was pregnant at 24, even my mother-in-law was pregnant at 19. I feel so awkward being the "old" one :/ Even more upsetting is that the woman I look up to, my grandmother, is starting to show signs of dementia. I promised my grandmother that I would give her a great-grandchild to play with and help raise before she starts forgetting who I am. I also would love to do the same to my husband's grandmother.

It might sound silly, but the first child is imperative. The second and third and fourth, can take their sweet time to get here. I just want ONE of my future kids, to know, remember, and spend time with the women that were our role models .

Sabiya, hugs to you. I am also trying to conceive with no luck so far. But i was on shot which is taking its own time to go away from blood.

You are saying you are not stressed but looks like you are. You may want to check with your doctors and see whats going on as 35 days late period after they started stabilizing is weird. For all we know, you maybe pregnant.

If you are 35 days late - meaning your cycle has now been 65+ days? If you are still getting a negative HPT, you could call your Dr to order a blood test and if that is ruled out get a script for progesterone to jump start your cycle. But I am not sure if you meant this is day 35?

Implantation bleeding would not be a full flow, but very very light, and mostly show only when you wipe and not last more than a day.

I would also recommend setting up a pre-conception appointment with your DR if you are trying to get pregnant. I would not trust google as a diagnosis and something else could be going on that could only be determined through a check up and some blood work or other tests.

I also echo the suggestion that you go to the Dr. now. You are obviously having issues with your cycle. If you have bled twice this month and had a negative EPT, odds are good that you have not conceived. Now is the perfect time to see a Dr. and make sure you are healthy and ready / able to carry a healthy pregnancy.

Guessing, Googling and asking on forums is not a good way to self diagnose medical issues you may have...

I said it was 35 days late as in, my last period started on March 17th. It's been 35 days since my last period start date... hasn't it?

umm, 35 days late would mean that your period should have shown up 35 days ago. If it has been 35 days since your last period, you are not 35 days late, but on cycle day 35.

Your doctor, or a planned parenthood can provide a lot of good, solid information about understanding your cycle, ovulation, and things that may be causing you to have an erratic cycle.

Not conceiving, when you are desperately trying is so exasperating! You always feel like you want to scream.

I have always had regular, predictable periods. However I get bad PMS and cramps. I tried for 15 cycles (my cycles are short 22-23 days, so I hesitate to say 'months') to conceive. I finally did last year, but miscarried at 16 weeks! It was devastating. The second time around...it also took so time...although not quite as long. 8 cycles. I have no idea why it takes me so long to concieve...except that perhaps I'm old (I'm 34) and have been diagnosed with adenomyosis.

Anyway, in regards to implantation bleeding. I'm currently on my 4th pregnancy (no kids though). My first one, I got implantation bleeding a week before my period was due. It was textbook...I knew what it was right away. With my second pregnancy, I had nothing. In my previous pregnancy, I got PMS and started cramping...right on time for my expected period. However, my period never came! So no implantation bleeding that time either. However with this pregnancy, I didn't get any PMS symtoms. However I did start spotting on the same day I expected my period. So I wasn't sure what was going on. When the spotting stopped, that's when I figured that something was up!

So for me, each time was really different. With this pregnancy, I don't think I got implantation bleeding....but rather breakthrough bleeding. That's when the pregnancy hormones aren't quite strong enough to totally overcome your period from trying to start. That's my theory anyway!

Hang in there! Feel free to visit a fertility specialist if you feel the need to!

It is implantation bleeding.

So, if you have a normal 28 day cycle, you are 1 week late. Since it seems to vary between 28-38 days, you really aren't late at all. You sound like you are far too stressed out about this. Taking or not taking a pregnancy test is not going to change the outcome. Give it another week or so, then take one, if you still haven't started.

I had light implantation bleeding with my first. With my second, it was so heavy I mistook it for a period, then had some more a couple weeks later. I don't know what caused the 2nd round.

Well it's the 27th and I still have had no periods. There's ZERO indication that my cycle will come this month.
Yesterday, I started having lower back pains in addition to fatigue and very slight nausea. I'm not holding my breath though, until the HPT says Positive, I don't think I'm pregnant.

Funny how my first pregnancy was instantaneous and easy, then the second time was hidden as I was pregnant but the tests always showed negative, ended up miscarrying. I hope that this time is the third pregnancy, third time is the charm right? :/

I will say again that I would strongly encourage you to make an appointment with a Dr/OB. With an abortion, a miscarriage (was that at 4 weeks pregnancy - meaning right when you would get your regular period? Or do you mean 3-4 weeks after your expected period date). Did you get checked out by a Dr. after the miscarriage? un

I know it can be frustrating to TTC, and seeing that bright blank HPT can be devastating. But a short visit to the Dr. could clear up any unanswered questions, or perhaps help you identify something that could be preventing you from conceiving -especially with your reproductive history.
