As others have said, my feet grew, 1/2 size larger, each of 3 pregnancies. Used to be 7 1/2 before I ever had children. Now I'm a 9.

It probably goes without saying that for most of, we've never had quite as flat of a stomach as we used to.

I hear the feet thing a lot and it fascinates me. Mine got a little swollen but given I just wore flip flops since I was in CA, I didn't notice the swelling much and then it went away after childbirth. But people who have feet that stay larger, that is just fascinating to me for some reason. lol Childbirth really does change you in so many ways.

Stretch marks and wrinkly skin on my stomach, especially noticeable once the baby weight came off.

My hair started growing in a couple of shades darker.

Fun bags are still perky, but hang a little bit lower.

Probably the toughest was recovering from a 4th degree tear with my 3rd baby; it was so intensive that, rather than take a chance with the usual stitching-up, it was repaired by a plastic surgeon immediately after birth... without anesthesia. It was a good 3.5 months before I was fully-recovered.

I honestly don't feel much has changed thankfully!! I actually weigh less now (a lot) than I did when I found I was pregnant the first time. Even though I gained more weight with each pregnancy, I also lost more. I have been breastfeeding basically non stop for 6 years (each kid two years, they are all two years apart), so I'm not sure exactly what will happen when my last one weans (hopefully in four months). I fear I will be lactating forever lol.

The only problem I have is hip pain. My left hip still hurts pretty bad especially if I lay on it for too long. My joints in my hips also pop a lot, sometimes it hurts. I've been meaning to see a chiropractor about it, but I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I found easy weight loss to be a definite incidental bonus of breastfeeding, as well.

My hip pain did go away after about a month and a half and massage therapy every few weeks.

Stretch marks on stomach and hips; hips bones popped out and hips got wider by 3"; & got a bit hairier. lol Never had facial hair before, but wound up growing some stray hairs on jawline and chin. I had them threaded off and they never came back.

Really not much. Just what the C-section did. My weight bounced back to normal, hips did not become wider, nor feet a size bigger.

Stretch marks went away.

I am thinking of having the C-section pouch corrected. Has anyone done that?

Oh wowww...

1) Permanent change from 32B to a 32D
2) Abs you could bounce a quarter off to a bit of a pooch...not bad, but never getting those abs back
3) Hips got wider by about 3"
4) Periods went from 6 days to 9 days, worse cramping & heavier bleeding
5) Migraines--still have them
6) Stretch marks on lower hips
7) Hair became wavier-always was slightly wavy, but became really wavy after I had my daughter
8) Fine facial hairs
9) Kept on 10 pounds, but needed it since I only weighed 95 lbs before I got pregnant.
