My DIL is 20 weeks pregnant and feels good, except she gets a headache every afternoon. Did anyone else have this?
She'll be asking her doctor, of course, but I'm wondering. I don't think she drinks much coffee or soda, so I doubt it has anything to do with caffeine.
Back in the day when I had hormones, I used to get hormone related headaches, so I'm guessing this might be the reason for her, too.

I had headaches during each pregnancy. Tylenol/ acetaminophen is okay during pregnancy. During my first pregnancy, my OB suggested I drink a cup of caffeinated drink (coffee or Coca-Cola) then take the Tylenol. It works like a charm and I've done the same for each pregnancy.

A cold wet washcloth on the forehead or back of the neck may also be helpful.

And/or a nap, if possible.
