That would seem fairly easy to prove. Somebody needs to be in jail for that.

yes but this incident happned in 1933--i dont think DNA in mexico was used then....
and even before she passed away she would not reviel who did it...

Good point! I obviously read the headline and then the following posts to get the point of the story. The details you mention are pretty significant.

that poor child. I couldn't imagine my 6 year old tring to carry all that extra weight and having a period that young I would be so concerned about her health. and who would have sex with a child that young! ICK!!

She may not have had a period. All she needed to do was to ovulate once at the right time.

Ovulation is something that we just don't always know when the first time happens. If the uterus isn't prepared to accept a fertilized egg, then a "pregnancy" just doesn't happen even through the egg was fertile. We will see more and more preganancies among girls that have not had a regular first period as the childhood abuse problem worsens. A drop or two of blood could easily slip by without notice into the toilet.

ICK!! yes!! i can't imagine it! and for a 5 year old to just go through that is awful!! shes just a baby herself!!

with the DNA nobody could prove that it was the father but everysomething somewhat points to him because who would have sex with a 5 year old!!!! the father is always home with her and he can have sex in a min and still impregnant her. he should be in jail and not taken out of jail..even its so long ago and its get me sad that fathers would do that to there kids!!

I have not read the story but saw it after I saw this one earlier today. A 10 year old girl has given birth and the person that did it IS IN JAIL! As the mother of two girls any person that would do that to my babies......... I'll be the one standing trial.
