Controversial. Italy wouldn't do the treatments because they don't help women over 63 because they don't believe kids should have to grow up without a mother.

I have to question this woman's motives for having a child at 66.

So many times with a much older parent, it's pure selfishness to birth a child. Kids grow up with enough challenge without having to know their parent will not live to see them graduate from high school. Also, the kids grow up having to explain to their friends and people around them that no, this isn't my grandparent, it's my PARENT.

I heard about this just a little bit ago. I think it's selfish and very irresponsible for both the expecting mother and the fertility clinic.

And I thought it was a weird feeling being the ONLY mother over 30 at Kindergarten.

If my wife wandered in age 66, I would shoot the UPS man. That would explain why she was ordering all that stuff from Land's End and then returning it.
