Hi,

I am looking for a camping store near Cottonwood / Prescott. Anyone know of a good one? I'd like to buy a gift certificate for a friend in AZ, but I live out of state so I'm not sure what is in the area.

Thank you!!

Big 5 Sporting Goods came to mind, but I see that the closest stores to Cottonwood are in Prescott Valley and Flagstaff.

Not much here in the way of camping supplies as such. Some hike type shops but not camping. Big 5 was the the only thing that came to my mind also.
But I think most just go to Wal Mart or Sears on on to Phoenix as stated.
You might even consider an online source for the gear too. I am almost certain they sell certificates there too.

You could buy your friend an REI e-GiftCard and it could be used to buy online. The recipient gets the gift card by email so your friend would need a working email.

Manzanita Outdoors has a pretty huge selection. They're in the same location as Target and Home Depot in Prescott.
