Default Impact Fees in Yavapai County

Friend was telling me that there is a $3800 impact fee for any construction in addition to building permits. I've search a bit and only find some info from 98 I'm sure there is much more current info out there.

Prescott charges an average impact fee of $15K per home. PV is around $13K per home.

It all depends on what city you are building in. I believe Chino Valley put a moratorium on impact fees.

What city are you looking to build in?
