Default Move Over Law Changes To Include Private Vehicles

I saw this in the AZ thread and thought I would post it here.
Good information about the changhttp://www.kpho.com/story/15106878/law-requiring-drivers-to-move-over-beginse in the law.

In the past you were required to move over if it was safe for emergency workers and vehicles but now that includes any vehicle on the side of the road showing blinkers.
I had not heard about the change but it's good to know about it. Better to know about it than get a ticket.

I have always thought that Joe Citizen was as deserving of safety as Officer Friendly writing a ticket.
