Five Guy Burgers rate the number One chain burger in the United States. They are coming Soon to Prescott, near the mall. They are opening in Flagstaff.

Looks like they have grilled mushrooms and grilled onions. I might have to give it a try.

That's interesting. Who did the rating?

The only thing I find is an article in an LA paper saying that customers preferred them to In and Out.
By the way, you can get grilled onions at In and Out too. I did not know you could until someone I was with ask for them. But it sure delayed the order! As far as I am concerned they are only about 2 steps up from any other fast food joint.
I used to like Red Robin in other areas but either my tastes have changed or the one here is pretty bad. We have been there 3x and not good at all. They even messed up one of their signature drinks when they served it. I won't go back there.

This one seems to be poorly managed.

Have you tried their Blue Ribbon Burger? So far, so good on that one. Good onions in it, too.

Agreed, poor managers pick poor employees and a known chain suffers. Been there and done that in different locations.
I have not been there is so long now, nearly 3 years, that I don't even know what's on their menu.
When I got burned with lousy service and food 3 times in a row in about as many months I just said enough was enough.
We tend to eat mid to late afternoons before everyone else gets off work to avoid crowds and they were not busy and the service was still pretty bad. All this while I saw employees standing around talking to one another as if they had nothing to do.
Yes I can hold a grudge!

In and Out burgars are along way from being called a hamberger. What I'm looking for is a hamberger like White Castle or maybe Foster's Freeze. Ah Dairy Bell were the juice runs down my chin on to my new clean sport shirt.

Brown Bag is pretty good. So is the burger at Bucky's.
