Love trees, so good to know we can find that in Prescott Valley.

by the way, I checked out your website Brian. Really liked it, better then Zillow!
Thanks

Prescott Valley is a little lower elevation ~5100' than Prescott ~5400. The difference is not dramatic, but Prescott Valley will get a little less snow than Prescott.

That's great to hear! Even at the young age my kids are, they love the outdoors, so it will be great to be able to have so many opportunities to continue to nurture that. We are looking forward to the move.

Default Observation

We moved here in 2001 and I have definitely seen a shift in the demographics. Yes, there are a lot of retirees, but I think that 20-40 year olds, with and without kids are moving here a little bit more each year.

In my line of work - I see a lot of people moving here, so I can see that shift

How friendly is Prescott to young, growing families? We visited the area about 5-6 years ago, but we were looking at the town with the eyes of a tourist!

We are moving from Washington, but I was born and raised in CA so we aren't afraid of winter weather and have dealt with hot summers! I am wondering about the monsoon season, are summer storms pretty common in the Prescott area?

Any input or information regarding moving to and living in the area is appreciated!
Thanks
