Does anybody think this will change in the future, more local or regional restaurants opening in PV? The lack of them is disappointing, and half the time I don't feel like driving to Phoenix or even downtown Prescott. There seems to be a lack of innovation or entrepreneurship in cooking locally.

We have Native Wings & Grill opening soon, it's a regional chain however. What are your thoughts?

If it was THAT important you would drive downtown Prescott or to Pheonix I don't know that it's a lack of innovation or entrepreneurship as much as recognizing the current market potential.
