I am more concerned about delays on the way to the airport. Their website does not show the stops between Prescott/Sky Harbor, only a 2 hour window.

Have you taken it to the airport then?
Yes.

Because they know the travel time is long because of all the stops, they ask you for your flight information and then tell you what time you should leave on the shuttle, so you end up in the airport like 2 hours before your flight leaves. Kinda annoying.

They only make stops when someone requests that location. My last trip up did not stop in North Phoenix but did stop in Cordes Junction. So you never know.

What was really annoying was that they had so many people that they used 3 vans simultaneously, but didn't sort people out by location, so each van made multiple stops. They could have put everyone going to Prescott all on one van but didn't.

Sounds like room for an organized start up company
