My quote from the AZ Liberty Mutual office was $600 cheaper for auto insurance ($1800 down to $1200 for two vehicles)....I didn't get a homeowners quote because I don't have any answers they need. The cost to build is up $80K+ in two years so no telling what it will be in early 2020 when we actually build.
Wow that is great news. I pay 103.00 for my leased vehicle, which I think is a great deal but might even be cheaper in AZ.

Yes I've heard good things about Prescott Valley so I definitely will look in to housing there. Do you suggest that perhaps I rent FIRST to see what I think of the area?

Rent first? Absolutely, it will give you an idea before establishing permanent roots.

There are some great Christian churches in the area the Heights Church I have visited and know the Pastor, he moved to the Prescott area because he wanted a great place for his kids to grow up. He used to write jokes for Jay Leno and can really deliver a great sermon.

OP, I don't have any first-hand knowledge of Prescott, but I suggest being careful about the Juniper. Definitely visit first.

Prescott. In juniper forest at 5,200 feet in the central Arizona mountains. There is a variety of weeds, lawn and wild grasses including Johnson grass, and trees including elm, box elder, cottonwood, oak, mesquite, mulberry, sycamore, and Russian olive.
Are there allergens specific to other towns in Arizona?

Admittedly - I haven't read each post but the Prescott Courier newspaper and kyca streaming audio will give you a flavor or the community.
KYCATalks | The News FM103.5/1490AM KYCA

The morning and evening shows discuss local issues. The rest of the day is conservative talk radio because ......that is what Prescott is.
