My three grandsons are Chino Valley students. The eldest just graduated (early) from Chino High, the younger ones are in Del Rio Elementary. The town of Chino, like almost everywhere else, is suffering from money problems, including the schools, but what I see of my grandkids teachers and classrooms, they are getting good educations. My daughter, their mother, has no real complaints except for a lack of communication with one of the boy's teachers last year. It think it was an isolated thing, this grandson has ADD and while he is doing well (straight A's except for "punctuation

", he needs a teacher who is not afraid to involve his mother when necessary.
The High School seems to have the usual troubles but nothing out of the ordinary and my eldest grandson did very well on SAT's. I suppose every school has its strong and weak points and parental involvement is still high on the list of "must-dos", as it always has been. You will find people who love the schools here and people who hate them...I think much of it depends on the students themselves and their parents...at least that's how it was for me and mine.
Good luck to you!
