I go to Flagstaff to watch the Cards every year. I love it. Will be up there for sure, on 8-6 and 8-7. Probably will go up there earlier and maybe stay through that Sunday, too. Depends on what cabins I can find.
While I don't live in Phoenix, I hear ya about Flagstaff! Love them cool evenings! Lots of motels there on the old Route 66! I like NAU's campus as well.

I'm partial living in AZ. But, I think that for the price, Flagstaff is about the best place to be in the summer. High of low 80s...a jacket at night. The whole town smells like Pine. There is just enough to do to not get bored for a week. Townsfolk are super friendly.
I love going up on that hill. It's about a 2.5 hour drive from my house. As soon as I start rolling up the mountains I get a little Sauce on the Brow. Football and good weather. Many a happy memory in Flag.
Derek Anderson has been outplaying Matt Leinart. I don't know if it matters because I think Whiz is set on Leinart.
