It was the coldest home game in Broncos history, even colder than when they took the Raiders down in 1977.

1989 divisional round : Los Angeles Rams vs. New York Football Giants. Growing up a rams fan on the east coast, noone gave the rams w jim everett a chance against the ORIGINAL LT (lawrence taylor for you younger guys.)..when flipper anderson caught that touchdown I was never a happier football fan (even though they got pummeled the following wknd against the niners).....

1998 Afc Championship game: NY Jets vs. Denver Broncos. As a jets fan, halftime we were up 10-0..joe namath was talking smack and all....2nd half was a different story and that was that.

Flipper running through the tunnel with stunned silence, and just like that, the season was over. I'll never forget that play. However, there was a play in this game much earlier that actually cost the Giants that game, and it was when Bill Parcells, in probably his worst coaching blunder, ordered Phil Simms to pass with 30 seconds remaining in the half, and the Rams intercepted his pass and ran it back to the 20. On the next play, Jim Everett threw his first TD of the day to turn a 6-0 deficit into a 7-6 advantage at the half. The Giants I felt had otherwise dominated this game, and that is why that loss stung to the extent it did.

Also the play prior to the TD, Sheldon White was flagged for a 30 yard pass interference play that was effectively one-hopped into the turf. I didn't think it was catchable, and was debatable as to whether or not he was interfered. At this point, they were likely to win it with a FG anyways.

Of course, no one was beating the 49ers that year. Had the Giants gone into Candlestick with that squad, they would have suffered a similar fate as the Rams did.

Being at the Cardinals NFC Championship Game and taking down the Eagles. The next year against the Packers in the Wild Card Round was just as memorable. I've never seen a back-and-forth game like that. I was in the endzone on the winning score and had no idea what had happened and the next thing I know Karlos Dansby is celebrating in the end zone. Ahhh...the glory days

I was rooting for the Rams to go all the way to the SB that year since they were the road team and underdog who beat the Eagles in Philly and Giants in NY but it all stopped in San Fran
