I think all that stuff is great too, but can he ball? Can he play QB in the NFL? Can he get the W... time and time again? Granted, this is the 1st week into preseason, a bit early to tell. He did seemingly better than Quinn, but that's saying nothing. Granted, both these guys had passes dropped on them which could have led to lost confidence, rythym, etc.

He'd be a starter today on that Glee Club team, I tell you that.

Well if you take a look at his pre-season week one highlights... I think he is better than you hatters think!!! Looks like to me that the Broncos can be decent with Tim Tebow behind center. If Ben Roethlisberger wasn't a steeler, I would of wanted the steelers to draft Tebow. Yall are crazy for real.

The NFL is a QB's league, and Tebow is a QB.

Tim Tebow is very marketable to that demographic, a guy like Chad Johnson maybe not so much.
Your initial argument was because 70% of the league is black. Now you're saying it has to do with religion? He's a white quarterback, just like 28 of the 32 starters last year. Race isn't the issue and neither is religion.

He's popular because of his college career and his personality on and off the field. He's different than the typical superstar athlete, and the league will ride him until he flames out, unless he's a big hit.

Doesn't mean he'll do well though...
