The Redskins losing to the Texans after being up 27-10. What a heart-breaker.

Biggest surprise? Seeing that Brett Favre threw 3 interceptions! He doesn't look like Brett Favre, but Percy Harvin is not Percy Harvin! It really looks like Favre has lost his mind, literally. Or his receivers have turned dumb. They are not on the same page, and I guess that's what you get for missing training camp.

But I still love Brett Favre and they will pull it off next week, they have too! It's Brett Favre, but the O-Line needs to protect their 40 year old QB or your going to have him fumble in the endzone! I really want too see Favre have one more shot at the Super Bowl and I'm not even a Vikings fan! This Man is Special to the NFL!

The Dolphins beating the Vikings in Minnesota, where the Vikings had not lost since 2008.

I'm also surprised the eagles were the only team in the nfc east to win yesterday. I thought the skins or giants would win

That makes the Eagles, Giants and Redskins tied for first in the NFCE. With the cowpigs dead last and looking to be farther behind after their next game.

I was more shocked that the Vikings only managed 10 points, with 7 of them being a gift from Miami. Yes, yes, I know that the Vikes gave up points the same way....I'm just commenting that in 2 weeks the Vikings offense looks a world away from last season.

It seems it is the radical Viking fans who had too high expectations over Favre.

On local TV ( Minneapolis) Brett Favre stated before the NO game that the great season he had last year would be very hard to duplicate this year.

Yes, age does matter.

You don't see many players improve every year after they hit 40.

I'd rather have that in my favorite teams QB than talking smack about the greatest defense in the league, "Tom Brady." Just had to do my hatin' on Tom Brady. That's all.

Shock of the Day

I was going to agree with you but..........................................I've been a Jets fan since they were the Titans and thinking about it, nothing they do really surprises me anymore
