Every week now is like a playoff game. Glad to see Levy back in the lineup but as Bondurant posted, we can't expect him back next year. Sad to see Pettigrew go, but his best years were certainly behind him. Ebron has come a long way in a short time.

Bears' "D" is tougher in person than on paper. That team is two players away from making the playoffs. Don't laugh.

A road win next week would make the Dallas game much more interesting, but no matter the outcome vs. the Giants.....there'll be a lot on the line.

Finally, some meaningful football in December for Detroit.

Get used to the glove, Mathew.

I was surprised by the score, thought for sure Lions would win but closer game than I thought it would be.

I was at a casino in Michigan, watching the Packers game and the Lions fans were hoping for a Packers loss! Packers play the Bears Sunday and they really need to win.

Kindly post the powerball numbers Mr. Cleo. The hardest working team in the land will do its best to improve our playoff chance in spite what the haters, doubters, enemies have to say...

After all the years of torture under the Brett Favre led Packers squad, we are entitled to hate the Packers for at least 10 years. Lol

So glad dumb (Mayhew) and dumber (Lewand) are not pulling the strings anymore. We would have lost this game...

It was, in a thread that does not receive much traffic, odd to see a post from a random new face. He's heavily active in the politics forum. Curious what led him to come and post about the Lions.

Very anxious for the game against the Giants. It could be a barometer for the 2 games following. Sunday was a let down coming off of the win in New Orleans. But the Bears matched up well in both games and Stafford struggled in each. Bears definitely brought out the same ol' Lions. The rebound is what I want to see. A tough test awaits.

Detroit vs Everybody. Go Lions!

I'm a Packer fan so things will be intense next 3 weeks, but I will totally support the Lions if the Packers falter. Lions hang tough, and the Packers very well could be out of it.

Hard to say right now, because they played crazy yesterday and caught Wilson on a very bad day plus 2 in the back field, who were out for 3 or 4 weeks, are back.

So for now I'm a Packer fan, but I totally get the Lions, and after yesterday, the "oh, no, here we go again" conversation!

With the Cardinals hosting the Saints for the second game time slot this week, you'd think our local FOX affiliate would air an early meaningful game.

As of right now, they decided to air......

Paid programming.

Bloody Marys at my local pub again......

CBS has the double header this week, so FOX can only air 1 game, and apparently that's the game they decided to air. Don't blame FOX, blame the NFL's crappy broadcasting rights.

Detroit, I am pulling for you guys this week (Cowboy fan)....I know you have a bit of a cushion, but if it comes down to the last game of the season against the Pack....I want to root for you guys, I like Stafford. WIN A BIG GAME FOR A CHANGE!!!! Play the Packers for a division and go BEAT them....put up like a 38-10 score....leave no doubt

Ugh! Just checked 506 to confirm. I was really hoping for it here. Oh well. I do have an item purchased at Ford Field to give to a guy I watch with on Sundays. That will be the excuse to curb my grumbling.
