I agree. Terrible officiating. Refs even admitted they blew the call on the Seattle touchdown.

Then there is the call just a bit ago about the Lion receiver being tackled. But according to the ref, the ball was uncatchable.

Well-----from my angle, the ball was two yards from the receiver when it hit the ground. Good grief!

Now it's 19-6 Seahawks. Lions really need to respond fast if they want to advance.

We never had a chance to win this game. Horrible season..making the playoffs is no consolation to me. Fire everyone ...get Patricia from NE in here. I'm done

This one was never close though. It's not like 2014 playoffs where the Lions really had the win ripped away from them.

The NFL has serious officiating integrity issues. Lions get treated to the same ref that called back 3 touchdowns Week 2. Tonight the Lions are greeted with that horrible face mask no call among others and I'll bet the NFL has no repercussions for these worthless fools. Goodell and Co. will just send another apology letter to Allen Park. It's a never ending horror show for the Detroit Lions with the referees.

Sometimes the calls and explanations are pure insanity. Here's a rundown of an illegal hands to the face call called on Graham Glasgow against the Bears on 12/11 when the penalty was committed by the Bears and the ref's explanation:

There is, however, so much that can't be blamed on the refs. They didn't drop passes, lose their cool or make Thomas Rawls look like a HOF bound running back.

Quinn needs to get to work in the offseason. Key free agents need to be signed and he needs to have a helluva draft. The secondary needs a complete overhaul, offensive line depth needs to be improved and a legitimate franchise running back needs to be found.

Detriot definitely got the short end of the stick tonight. That said Detroit would not have won if EVERY one of those calls went their way. They were putrid. That PI noncall was a great example of the NFL refereeing problem. That IS PI..they call it sometimes and sometimes they don't ...it has to be fixed, its way to judgemental.

The refs were terrible in this game but Lions aren't quite there yet. They need a running game, their run defense wasn't on target and the drops, not a good thing. I know Lions fans aren't happy but this team is coming along, add some pieces, keep the NFC North competitive!
