Nahhh....

Local NFC West rival vs. a 5-0 team.

They're betting folks will tune in out of curiosity.
I can watch the Lions without getting stuck with a bar tab. Amazing.

Where do you usually go to watch the games?

There's a guy in Glendale named Tom Stevens; he owns a Famous Sam's off of Bell RD. He's originally from Sterling Heights, MI. Always has the Lions on the big screen.

He has another FS in Troy, MI. His son runs that one.

Heh.

They prob'ly show Cardinals games.

Last season I watched the Lions at Pranksters in Tempe. Now I'm in north Phoenix. Caught the first half of opening day downtown before a D-backs game and watched another at a place on Bell called Full Moon. I'll look into Famous Sam's.

Jim Harbaugh deserves all kinds of praise. This 49ers team is looking good....hey Smith just threw a pick! Awesome. Still, Harbaugh is the man. Wish he would have ended up in AA.

Time for Stafford to step up! Go Lions!

Thanks to the NFL Gods the bizarre "process-of-catch" call went in our favor or, at least, it was overruled this time. The points are on the board so I am happy.

Stafford played horrible, but you can't expect an undefeated season unless you're the patriots. They just need to come out and play better next week, they are good enough to beat anyone, they just need to play like it.

Was watching the game and switched over to FOX coverage just a minute ago (Pats and Cowboys). FOX showed something that got my attention, looked like a heated discussion of sorts with the two head coaches as they met after the game ended. Anyone know what the scoop is on that?

I just saw that as well. Looked like the Lions coach thought that Harbaugh was pushing him out of the way after the handshake and so went after him and it all escalated from there. Looked like a misunderstanding to me. Any Detroit locals notice it? Thoughts?
