Three turnovers in the second half.

Couldn't figure out how to run the ball.

Defense looked tired after that incredibly bad performance vs. San Diego.

Lions need to do some soul searching for their home opener.

They're pathetic. The loss of Suh is showing and Levy's injury isn't helping. Lombardi is a horrible offensive coordinator. Horrible play calling. Why isn't the ball being thrown deep to Calvin? If he's covered throw to Tate. If he's covered hit Ebron a slot receiver or a back. I can't believe I had high hopes. Right now, they're playing like a 6-10 team at best.

Losing to the Chargers in SD is one thing. But this loss to the Vikes is different. I really thought the Lions were going to win this one. What is going on with this team?

Not prepared.

Down by two scores right from the get go and remain steadfast by playing conservative football.

And it's OK to play conservative football.....if you're good at it.

Lions' better change it up real quick or we're looking at 0-3.

Unless Denver shows up next week with a severe case of jet lag.

Getting ready for the game and wondering which Manning will show: Game-Winning-Drive-Manning or Stayed-a-Year-too-Long-Manning. Hoping for the latter but with these bumbling Lions, the latter could show and still look like a Pro Bowler.

Here's to healthier ribs for Stafford and a better showing from the O-line & Abdullah showing some of the same flashes demonstrated against San Diego.

My thoughts after the game:

- Lombardi is the worst offensive coordinator in the NFL

- Stafford is a turnover machine

- Painful offensive line

- I have lost the motivation to buy a pair of Lions Zubaz pants

Bell looks like he aged ten years during the off season. Terrible effort re the O-line. Or do they just plain suck?

Abdullah looked like he was ready to play...then the Lions decided to take him out of the game. Of course he played, but his name never came up after the first quarter.

It's great that the coaching staff realized that Calvin Johnson is on the team, but they forgot about Golden Tate.

Nice work teaching the team how to line up defending field goal attempts. Too bad they were playing against the rules. Miss your field goal try? Not to worry. We'll spot you five yards and you can try again.

Cheap seats at Ford Field start at $70 a pop. Not much bang for your entertainment dollar.

The Lions certainly helped the Broncos out a lot last night, and Denver was happy to take that assistance.

OK Lions' fans - I was over on the Colts' thread predicting their demise under Caldwell - which indeed took place. Now it's your turn. He has NEVER been a good head coach. He has the one year of spillover from the previous regime, but it's downhill after that. Go look up his resume' as a head coach including the college days at Wake Forest - you will come away wondering why the Lions hired him.
