Dallas Cowboys, by far. It's not even close. Pretty much every team that wins a Super Bowl will gain a bunch of "temporary bandwagon fans" (Patriots this past decade, 49ers during the 80s and 90s), which comes with the territory with good teams, but there is a permanent bandwagon fandom with the Cowboys in places thousands of miles from Texas whether they win or lose.
The bandwagon that bugs me the most is the Michael Vick bandwagon....it seems hood rats and people that look up to thugs are all of a sudden Eagles fans because of Vick.
I don't think you can call Cowboys fans bandwagon at this point...2009 was the first playoff game they won in what? 13 years? And then they lost in the 2nd round. Sure, many of them probably were bandwagon fans from their Super Bowl days in the early 90s, but if they stayed fans through the late 90s and the 2000s, I don't think they can be called bandwagon fans anymore.
I guess everyone has different interpretations of bandwagon fan. I always thought bandwagon was a not so serious fan that hopped on when things were going great for a particular team but otherwise didn't care too much.
