What pieces of infrastructure will connect the next two Super Bowl cities?

It depends - could be Interstates 30, 40, and 65, or Interstates 35, 44, and 70, or if you want to be quick, DFW and IND airports. The Jerruh Dome hosts Super Bowl XLV, and Lucas Oil Stadium hosts Super Bowl XLVI.
