I just caught the last part of the game. A couple of great throws by Jason Campbell and a couple of great catches by Ford. You got to give Janokowski credit for nailing his field goals late in the game and in OT.

The Raiders are BIG momentum upswing right now.

The AFC West is wide open now. The rest of the season should be a blast to watch.

Look here Raider Nation,

We have to understand that the Oakland Raiders:

1. Were In the same conversation with the New England Patriots, and other QB led teams. How did we fall out? We lost our superb QB, Rich Gannon. Thus, the start of the losing seasons began.

2. Have a record of 5-4, are a game winning field goal away from
Being 6-3 (Cardinals), and 3 key injured players away from being 7-2 (49ers).

3. Has been officially said to have the fastest team in the NFL and the most talented team in the NFL

4. Have broken several records this season and is playing better this year than in the past 6-7 seasons. With 3 consecutive wins, 1000 offensive yards in 2 games, huge lopsided wins, 3-0 in the division, ranked in the top ten for 3/4 offensive categories, one of the best defenses.

5. Will become a playoff contending team. In 2 weeks, starting with the Pittsburg Steelers game, we will have:

Bruce Gradkowski - the QB that puts a rush of momentum into the offense.
Chaz Schilens - 1 of the Best wide receiver options on the team.
Louis Murphy - 1 of the Best wide receiver options on the team.
Zach Miller - The best receiving option on the team, 1 of the best tight ends In the NFL
Nnamdi Asomugha - The best cornerback in the NFL

These 5 players, whom are injured, are expected to be back for the next game. There is no doubt in my mind that these players will change the momentum, intensity, and stats of the Oakland Raiders.

***Game Day Note- Today's division battle was between the top two rushing teams in the NFL. Kansas City Cheifs and The Oakland Raiders. Both teams have the best runningback duos in the league. The Raiders not only won the game, but Darren McFadden had more rushing yards than Thomas Jones and Jamaal Charles combined.

I DVR'd the game and watched from the start and I guess I didn't get the add 30 minutes extention option! It was 17-20 Chiefs...

No! It did record to the 3:30 point and it recorded till 2:39 to go in the 4th, Raiders' ball at their 44. The first 30 minutes of the recording was the stupid Jets game!

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED AT THE END?!!!!!!!! I can't believe I didn't get to see the rest of it. It was like a bloodbath out there. There was 2 or three flags every play. Now that's the way a game should be played!

Guess your overpriced kicker is coming handy after all.

It was 17-20, Chiefs. The raiders passed their way down the field for a field goal. Jacoby Ford was a key player in those drives. 20-20, goes in to overtime.
Chiefs gets the ball first, but gets shutdown by the Raiders defense for a 3 and out. Raiders ball, they complete a 47 yard pass to Jacoby Ford. Darren McFadden then runs up the middle to put the ball I'm perfect position for a Janikowski game winner.

Glad to see them knock off the Chiefs. Helps keep the Broncos in play for the division.

OK Nation, Do we have a QB controversy brewing?
Campbell has won three in a row.
Seems to be finally "getting it"
Winning without some key players
Bruce Gradkowski seems to get the troops to rally around him
runs a quiker offence
But, gets hurt easily and had poor clock managment, WHAT DOES THE NATION THINK??

Bruce Gradkowski is the starter, regardless of the 3 wins from Jason Cambell.

Cambell is a good QB, and we do need him. However, it is best to go with the QB that energizes the offense. Bruce won that position, therfore it is his until he plays bad and has to be pulled out.
But we don't see that from Bruce. He has great games.

We have two weeks until the Pittsburg Steelers game. That is enough time for injured players to heal.
With the 5 players I mentioned above, we will have the fullest potential of our team.
And with Bruce leading the offense, we will beat the Steelers.

Sounds like Cable is starting to lean toward Campbell.
Pittsburg is in the top tier of teams, one of the best teams in football, with a great run defence. Beating them might be a stretch, I hope we do, but I'm a realist. We can't expect to play even with the Steelers and get 13 penalties and have turnovers, For the Raiders to win, they will need to play perfect..
The Raiders are on thier way, but they are far from there...
