He's basically taken celebrations away. I would like for him to bring back celebrations and I wouldn't be surprised if he allowed fans to storm the field on a home game if the home team pulls off an upset victory.

Fans storming the field after any victory, upset or not, a very bad idea, this isn't college football. Some of the celebrations way too ridiculous to be brought back, plus all of them should be kept to minimum.
