Kudos to you, the Vick apologist and Bush bashers here seem to be one in the same. Why is that?

Likely because the Vick apologists and the Bush bashers actually rate human life at a higher value than an animal's.

Don't know what to say about the Vick demonizers and the Bush sympathizers though.

Just sayin'...

You notice how quick he changed his tune after I pointed out how dumb that Roosevelt/Bush comparison was. These dudes are as predictable as the season changing.

They should be treated exactly alike. If Vick had been President he should be treated exactly like Bush.

If Bush had been running a dogfighting ring and killing dogs, he should be treated exactly like Vick.

Vick as President....hahahahahahha LOL now that is a good one! Not in a billion years....

That Bush/Roosevelt comparison was terrible. I mean Roosevelt, like Obama, was at heart a socialist interested primarily in wealth redistribtuon, entitlement expansion and a massive growth of the federal government. Pres Bush was nothing like that

Bush and Roosevelt were both war time presidents, however. Unfortunately Bush's hands were tied by the politically correct crowd and so he wasnt able to prosecute the war to the fullest extent possible.

Consider the decision Roosevelt's follower, Harry Truman, made. Dropped a couple of bombs and PRESTO, we got Japan's unconditonal surrender. Sadly, today our hands our tied so that we cant bring about such quick endings.

But surely your wisdom is undeniable. Vick's getting paid millions for playing a sport does require that we all show him deference no matter how deplorable his actions, past or present, may be. Riiighhhtttttt

Oh, if you have undisputable evidence that Bush intentionally LIED about the WMDs, you should bring it forth. Because no else seems to. Otherwise you are just making an unfounded and unproven accusation.

Vick went to jail because the evidence was there and he was convicted despite his initial denials. So he was, without question, a liar and a law breaker, not to mention a torturer of animals. Yea, what a swell guy. Bush meanwhile never actually tortured anyone himself. Or maybe you have "proof" to the contrary....

I don't think Bush lied about WMDs and haven't made any such claim. I do think it was pretty obviously a shaky claim and that the war was a really bad idea for several reasons.

Seeing as we are talking about a quarterback, I guess your playing Monday Morning QB seems appropro, but it does not make for a strong argument.

Au contraire. I'm not playing Monday morning quarterback. Many of us Bush supporters felt the same war before the war. Definitely NOT a conservative thing to do.
